Broker verification
Every order is checked on site by a local broker.
Brokers are members of their local granite or marble association. They count, measure and photograph your exact slabs within 72 hours of your deposit, and you rate them after every inspection. The seller pays the broker's fee — it costs you nothing.
01Offered like a ride request
Your inspection is offered to approved brokers near the yard; the first to accept gets it.
02On site within 72 h
Slabs counted and numbered, size and thickness measured, finish and colour checked.
03Photos on your order
Geotagged, time-stamped photos and a listed-vs-measured table.
04You rate the broker
Low ratings mean fewer jobs. Brokers below 3.5★ are reviewed by our team.
